Postcards & Newsprint

Hybrid literary-visual correspondence between the lovers of eternity

Postcards and Newsprint is an ongoing series of poetic image-works imagined as transmissions between two mythic lovers: The Wanderer and Via Postel. Part love letter, part oracle, each piece is a fragment of their eternal exchange—intimate, fractured, and timeless.

The series begins with Miles Turned to Years and Weaver’s Moon, two square-format photo-etchings created using original poetry, cut-up technique, and layered visual composition. Printed at 16×16″, these works merge literary and visual language into messages that feel both ancient and immediate.

Only two editions of Miles Turned to Years and Weaver’s Moon were made; they are now held in private collections in the UK. In February 2022 they were exhibited together in a group exhibition at Newcastle Contemporary Art.

Postcards and Newsprint continues to unfold—each new piece another whisper between worlds.
